This Refund Policy applies to purchases of virtual coin packs on Lucky Housie, operated by VeloCore Solutions.
1. Virtual goods
Coin packs are virtual digital goods delivered instantly to your account. Because coins are credited immediately on successful payment, purchases are generally non-refundable.
2. When we may issue a refund
- You were charged but coins were not credited due to a technical error.
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- An unauthorised transaction is confirmed after investigation.
3. How to request
Email support@luckyhousie.live within 7 days of the transaction with your registered mobile number, order/payment reference, and the issue. We will investigate and respond, typically within 5–7 business days.
4. Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment gateway. Timelines depend on your bank/provider.
